Hello again, congratulations on taking the first step to improving your sleep. Let's get you started! Here's your first Sleep Challenge.

 

Sleep challenge tip 1:

Over the next two weeks use a sleep diary to track your sleep and have someone sign you off!

Start by downloading the Sleep Diary and keep a record of how you sleep tonight and every night over the next two weeks. This will help you keep track of any changes so you can determine what works for you.  For the moment, don't make any changes to your nightly routine – just do your normal thing and record it in the sleep diary. This will be your starting point to measure changes against. 

We’ve also included a sleep contract. Don’t worry, you aren’t signing your life away, but we do want you to have a level of accountability in this challenge. And your chosen witness will get bragging rights over you if you don’t last the two weeks!
