How do I know if I have Insomnia?

  • Do you have trouble falling asleep
  • Do you often wake up during the night
  • Do you often wake up too early
  • Do you not feel well-rested after a night's sleep
  • Do you feel tired or sleepy during the day
  • Do you feel irritable, depressed or stressed out
  • Do you have difficulty paying attention, focusing on tasks or remembering things
  • Are you making more mistakes or having accidents
