The reason you’re having trouble with your sleep may be because you have a sleep disorder.
Sleep disorders are health issues that affect you when you’re asleep. Obviously, it’s difficult to tell if you have one because you’re sleeping when they occur!
A common sleep disorder that we specialise in solving is sleep apnea.
Symptoms of sleep apnea include daytime sleepiness, snoring and poor concentration.1,2 Sleep apnea is also a lot more common than you might expect, affecting more than 1 in 10 men and nearly 2 in 10 women.3 Other sleep disorders that can affect your sleep health include circadian rhythm disorder. This is where the natural wake/sleep cycle in your body is disturbed. This disorder can make you feel wide awake at night and exhausted in the morning.
