Dreem2 uses the elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) to help you restructure your sleep and set up healthy sleep habits.

Dreem is a headband and app that works with you to achieve that well-deserved good night's sleep. At night the headband measures your brain activity, heart rate and movements and then provides you with daily reports and sleep tips via the app.

Dreem creates a state of sleep-friendly calm with it's falling asleep techniques that are designed to stop racing thoughts at bedtime so you fall asleep more relaxed.

Once you're in the deep sleep, the headband sends bursts of sound-pink noise at specific intervals, to strengthen the quality of deep sleep. When it's time for you to wake up, the headband will choose the moment your sleep is lightest within a time window of your choice, for a more refreshed, easier morning.

Daily reports

Every morning, your night data is displayed in-app, showing how long you slept, how long it took you to fall asleep and how many times you woke up during the night.

Understand your sleep better with insights into your sleeping habits, helping you spot patterns and triggers and start to master your sleep.
