ResMed myAir is an easy-to-use online support program and app, exclusively available for users of AirSense™ and AirCurve™ devices with built-in cellular technology.* By allowing patients to track their nightly sleep data and through interactive coaching, myAir empowers patients to stay engaged with their therapy – an important part of helping them stay adherent long-term. And with patients more involved in managing their own therapy, myAir may help reduce callbacks and allow you to manage your sleep patients more efficiently.

Users of AirSense 11 will have access to enhanced myAir features like Personal Therapy Assistant and Care Check-In, which guide patients through setup, check in on their progress and provide tailored support content to help them self-resolve common therapy challenges.1

* Cellular connectivity is available only on specific device models. Cellular connectivity depends on network availability.

Users of AirSense 11 will have access to enhanced myAir features,1 such as:
Personal Therapy Assistant

Test Drive
Our interactive tool that helps patients acclimatise to their device and eases them into therapy with confidence.
Care Check-In
Our simple coaching program designed to engage customers in their therapy. It offers regular check-ins within the first 28 days of starting therapy and provides coaching and support tailored to their needs.
Therapy at a glance

The dashboard section of myAir is where your patients can find sleep data from the previous day with intuitive icons and charts that make tracking therapy simple and fun. Patients receive a myAir score each night based on a combination of four sleep factors: usage hours, mask seal, events per/hour and mask on/off events.

Usage goal tracking

myAir helps new patients develop good habits for therapy compliance success by motivating them to work towards a nightly usage goal. Goal tracking automatically tracks their progress on their dashboard and awards patients with achievement badges along the way. The goal is to use therapy at least four hours per night for 21 nights in a 30-day period.

Patients who used the myAir app with goal tracking experienced a 2.09% improvement in compliance compared to patients who used the myAir app without goal tracking.2

Coaching and reinforcement

Delivered via email or push notifications, myAir will send three different types of messages to patients:

  • All patients will receive educational messages designed to help make therapy more comfortable and to build their confidence.

  • When specific criteria are met, congratulatory messages will be sent to reinforce positive behaviour.

  • Encouragement messages will be sent when specific criteria are not met, to help motivate patients towards better usage habits.

Educational tools

myAir's sleep library is a tailored collection of how-to instructions, videos and other support materials to help your patients on their sleep apnea therapy journey. It also includes personalised information based on their device model and mask type/model.

Designed to support and improve compliance

myAir and AirView™  ̶  when used together have been shown to increase patients’ 90-day therapy compliance to 87%, compared to 70% of patients monitored in AirView alone3** Furthermore, patients using myAir also consistently on average slept one hour longer each night.3

Cleaning and inspection reminders

myAir can send monthly cleaning and inspection reminders to help educate patients on the benefits of maintaining their therapy equipment and to let them know just when and how they should do so.

These reminders:

  • Function like coaching messages and are sent according to a set schedule.

  • Can be received via email and/or push notifications.

  • Can be turned on/off independently from other coaching messages.
