We’re passionate about helping those who work with our products, and we’re happy to provide the support you need to keep your operations running smoothly. Offerings include service training, VPAP Tx™ installation and ResMed Service Days.

ResMed Service Training

For your Bio-Medical staff based on instructor-led courses, taught by certified ResMed service specialists, to help you learn more about our products and how to service them. Onsite and offsite training is available.

Courses offered

All classes are 1 day except for Astral, which is a two day course. They range from 1–2 business days in length from 9am to 5pm.

  • Track 1:Sleep Therapy (S9™, Air10™)
    • PAP therapy modes
    • Product specific inspection and servicing
    • Calibration and testing
  • Track 2: Respiratory (Stellar™, Astral™, Activox™ P4L)
    • Ventilation modes
    • Product specific inspection and servicing
    • Calibration and testing

VPAP TX Installation™

VPAP Tx™ equipment installation in your sleep labs to ensure you’re lab is up and running the day your equipment arrives*.

  • Same day multi-bed installations available.
  • EasyCare Tx™ Software installation and upgrade if required.

  • Overview VPAP Tx and EasyCare Tx training for sleep technologists.

ResMed Service Days

Service Days presents a great way to bring your customers in office to ensure their devices, masks and accessories are operating as they should. Let ResMed show your team how to successfully provide this offering to your customers!
