Why should I take the online sleep assessment?

It’s hard to know what’s going on when you’re asleep. Are you getting the rest you need to be at your best during the day? If you snore or wake up tired, our sleep assessment will help you find out what’s going on at night-time.

What will the online sleep assessment tell me?

Our online sleep assessment is a great place to start if you're curious about your sleep. At the end of it, you’ll see if you have a self-reported risk of sleep apnea. You will, however, need to take a sleep test or speak with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis.

How long does the online sleep assessment take?

It shouldn’t take any more than 3–5 minutes to complete, and it could be the stepping stone to a lifetime of healthy sleep!

What to expect during the assessment?

Our test screens are for a general overview of your sleep satisfaction. We recommend that you answer our online sleep assessment as honestly as possible, the information that you provide will be confidential.

What can I expect after the online sleep assessment?

After you take our online sleep assessment you will receive your results on screen and can choose to receive a call from one of our sleep coaches.
