The 3G network in Australia was switched off from the 28th of October 2024. If you are using or have previously purchased* an AirSense
10 or AirCurve 10 device that connects using 3G cellular technology, your therapy data will no longer be wirelessly synced to the Resmed myAir app or be transmitted to your care provider.
Rest assured that the 3G network shutdown does not impact your device’s ability to deliver therapy. If your device has an SD card inserted, your therapy data will continue to be recorded and can be accessed by your care provider if needed.
